July 1, 2013 - Bear, DE - As the design center for the magazines The Pyrates Way, Faire Magazine, and The Concordium, our workload has been intense of late as we constantly create new design ideas for each unique publication.
Black Fox Designs launched the The Pyrates Way over eight years ago and it has since become America's Favorite Pirates Magazine, capturing over 85% of that market. We've designed every issue of the magazine, the redesign of website, digital versions of the magazines, and all of the marketing materials from brochures and business cards to banners and polo shirts. As with all of our major projects we've successfully managed the company's logo and brand designs.
In 2008 we followed up this magazine success with Faire Magazine which enjoyed success with support from the Renaissance Festival community. Both magazines have been voted as two of the top Renaissance-themed magazines in the world by the thousands of members of the Renaissance Festival Podcast.
Another of our successful web communities Friends of The Maryland Renaissance Festival (FriendsOfMDRF.org) placed second of all online web communities for almost a decade. The site consistently ranks the highest of any online source for the Maryland Renaissance Festival.
